Let’s make a ‘noyse’!

As usual, the first event of my musical year will be a performance by the recorder chamber orchestra, Recorders Incorporated. I have been a member of the group since it was formed in 2007, and this, on 7th January, will be our tenth concert.

The group usually numbers about 18-20 recorder players from across Europe. Each year we meet up in early January for a period of intensive rehearsal, leading to a concert. We have performed at venues across the UK and this year sees our first visit to Edinburgh.
