I am a keen arranger of music and in 2002 launched the highly successful Willobie Press, which publishes some of my work, in addition to the work of others.

The Willobie Press catalogue now contains well over 200 arrangements and original compositions for recorder ensembles of all sizes – from duets to recorder orchestras. The music covers all styles: Classical to Jazz – Medieval to Modern. There is music written for school recorder groups while other pieces are intended for keen amateur ensembles or more experienced consorts playing at a high level.   Whatever the size of your group, Willobie’s got you covered!

Twenty-four years on, Willobie Press is a regular visitor to recorder Playing Days and National Festivals. You can also buy music directly through the online shop. Don’t worry if you are not in the UK – we regularly send music worldwide in PDF format!

Following the recent death of Paul Richards, 20% of the price of each of his compositions and arrangements will be donated to Beaumond House Hospice
